BUDDHA THE BABY BIRD
is an inspiring story written about a little boy and the lessons he learns about life while sick with cancer. The story focuses on the importance of appreciating the simple beauty in each day, as well as the value of friendship, in an uplifting way. The theme was inspired by the author's sister-in-law, Donna, who always appreciated the beauty that each new day offered and gave new meaning to the word "friendship."

A portion of the proceeds for the sale of each Buddha the Baby Bird book will be donated to Making Strides Against Breast Cancer (in conjunction with the American Cancer Society) in loving memory of Donna J. Auclair.
